Accomplishments
These last three years, I’ve had many great moments! First it was 6th and 7th grade where time flew by. Now I’m in the 8th grade and I’ve done many great things, like this year I got chosen first captain by coaches for Mariner Middle School soccer team. That season, I had MANY assist, by the end of the season I had a total of 19! Also this 8th grade, I scored my longest goal, which was around 53-55 yards! It was one of the best feelings ever because on top of that, that goal tied the score up so we would keep our many games, undefeated streak. Another accomplishment was that I have never failed a core class this year or ever in my life, which is great and I hope I keep it up. Even though this year has been almost perfect, I still can’t wait till SUMMER!
Person I Admire
The person I admire is a professional soccer player named Ronaldinho. I admire him because he is a great soccer player, watching him dribble past someone is like watching Houdini performing. He is “ridiculous”, with out even trying in “soccer language.” Last year he was named the best player in the world by FIFA which stands for The Fédération Internationale de Football Association.
I have dedicated my entire life to soccer and when I grow up hopefully I will be pro too. I practice a lot and that’s the only way I will get there. Over the summer I am doing this camp called “Brazilian Camp” which is two a day. This means that we will have two practices a day. One will be really early in the morning but I know I will have to put a lot of effort into it, but it only makes you better. The only thing that I can do is just practice hard, try my best, and have FUN.
My Mom
Dear Mom,
I want to take this moment to thank you for all the times you’ve been there for me. It’s not just for having me, but when I need help on something your always there. You are also always there for bad and good times when I need someone the most. And when I am in a soccer game I can always look at the audience and ill always find you there, playing close attention to every play and rooting us on. You are also always there when I want something new which I get most of the time, so ill thank you for that too. But most of all I just want to thank you for simply being my mother.
Pool Essay
I think that the pool and fields idea is a great one! With this we can play soccer non-stop so, I think that more fields would be good so that field hockey and soccer can play at the same time or football too. We could also have a pool. Also right now, we have the money and time to do this. If they which is pointless!
First of all who would want $14 back, when we could use it for a community project? This would benefit the school which would be great for us the kid society. With those $14 you can do that instead of spending it some where useless.
The gym could use it and the swimming team too. Also during the night, the community could use it. I don’t know why people are complaining about this mainly adults because, they aren’t in school and don’t care and they don’t really know how it would feel like to have a large pool added to your school and more fields for sports.
